Lab values
In the Loerch Lab, we value diversity in opinion, thought, and background. A range of ideas, experiences, and perspectives makes us more creative, improves how we communicate, and makes us better scientists.
We aim to provide an inclusive and open-minded research environment where lab members feel safe, welcome, respected, and accepted.
In the Loerch Lab, we try to
